At Culture Box, we take pride in creating thoughtfully curated gift experiences.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been processed and dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases where:

  • Products arrive damaged
  • Products are faulty
  • Incorrect items were supplied

Custom Orders

Customised and personalised products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
